Appendix 8- Planning and Development – plan A
1. What is your specific link with an Area(s) of Interaction?
- Human Ingenuity (because it's something to do with creating based on our creativity),
- Health and Social Education (because the main goal is to create a healthy food that is easy and simple).

2. What is the goal of your personal project?
The main goal is to make people realize that they could cook something simple and healthy without taking a lot of time by making a cookbook that would guide them when they’re cooking.

3. What is your personal motivation to set this goal to your topic?
My personal motivations are:
- Motivate my self to get the best score I could get.

4. What form of presentation do you have in mind? (e.g. essay, report of experiment, work of art, etc) Give a brief description, if necessary.
The form of presentation would be in a form of a book. The book would content around 10 recipes that is healthy, simple, and does not need much time to cook it. Not only recipe, there would also be the pictures. The recipe that is included in the book would be cooked and be tested to make sure that the taste (composition of spices) is just right.

5. How are you going to achieve the goal?(Planning)
INVESTIGATION
- Survey (part 1 questions)
- Analyze the result
- Research (see the topic questions)
CONTENT OF THE BOOK
- Recipe + pictures
- Information about healthy food
TESTING METHOD
- Survey the food
- Analyse the result
- Compile everything in the book
FINAL PRODUCT
- Print it out!
a. The first interview: (interview all grade 9 – 10)
i. What kind of food do they like?
ii. Do you like fast food or slow food?
iii. How many times a week do you eat vegetable/fruits?
iv. What kind of vegetable/fruits do you like?
v. How do you like a recipe to appear in a book?
vi. What should a good recipe be?
b. The second interview: (interview at least 20% from each grade)
i. How’s the taste of the food?
ii. Do you think it’s hard to make this food?
iii. How long do you think in creating this food?
iv. What can be improving for the recipe?
v. Do you think this book will help the community?
vi. Is there any suggestion for improvement?

6. How do I know If I have Achieved my goal?
I would know if I have achieved my goal through survey, and from the way I follow my plan.

To make a drawing book with steps and how to color them. The main goal is to make children realize that drawing is not something hard; instead, it’s something to have fun with!

My personal motivations are:
- To get the best score I could get
- To persuade children that drawing is something not hard.
